Shoobeedoo

“Is ₹1 crore even possible?” It was — by the end of Eid.

₹1 Crore
Revenue target hit
20+
Stores across Kerala
~₹60L → ₹1Cr
Year-on-year jump
₹5–6L
Demand they could not serve

The challenge

Shoobeedoo closed 2025 at around ₹50–60 lakh and wanted ₹1 crore. They came to us with one question: is that actually possible, or are we dreaming? We said it depends entirely on whether the market is there — and that we would not answer until we had checked.

What we did

  • Ran the R&D first to confirm the demand existed before promising anything
  • Built a strategy across performance marketing and organic together
  • Aimed the campaign at the Eid buying window where intent peaks
  • Kept creative and targeting tuned to footfall, not just online reach

The results

The ₹1 crore target was hit by the end of Eid. The clearest proof was not the number itself but what happened on the final day: enquiries and walk-ins outran what the stores could physically handle, and they estimate ₹5–6 lakh of sales were simply lost because there was no way to serve everyone.

The lesson

Ambitious targets are not the risk — unvalidated ones are. Check whether the market is there first, then build the campaign that goes and takes it.
